   Proposal Description:
   Objective 1: Evaluate trade-offs in biomarker options and develop a multimodal AD diagnostic test suite by creating a fully populated matrix of potential AD  biomarkers                                                                      Objective 2: Collect a large, multi-domain AD biomarker dataset from existing sources and new subjects with a wide range of demographics and severities        Objective 3: Develop a two layer intelligent algorithm to                        1)      Determine the most appropriate test suite combination for a subject          2)      Accurately detect Alzheimer???s disease stage based on that test battery
